Welcome and thank you so much for choosing Karey Wood Photography for your studio mini-session. I’m very excited to work with you and I know there must be a million questions as we get ready for the big day. This message contains lots of information to prepare, so that’s a start. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

The sessions will take place on Saturday June 11, and Sunday June 12 at a park setting that will be determined in May.

What to Wear

Dress your family with style! They don’t all need to wear the same color t-shirt and jeans. Dress in similar tones but it’s perfectly acceptable to bring in some color and texture as long as it’s not overpowering. If in doubt jeans and plain t-shirts with bare feet are always safe. Think of the entire family’s outfit as one outfit.

What to Expect

Because these are mini-sessions I will be moving quickly. I’ll take photos of each child on their own, and then some of the family together. Please let me know if there is anything that you want specifically ahead of time. We will be shooting for 20-30 minutes for each session. It’s important that I stay on time because I do have these sessions booked back to back.

Add $50 for additional people

You will also have the choice after the session is completed to purchase additional prints, individual digital files at $50 each, albums and canvas.

Please choose an option below. You can choose to pay a $100 deposit only to save your session, or you may choose to pay the entire fee ahead of time. If you choose the deposit the remaining amount is due on or before June 11th. If you choose to pay in person at the session I accept cash or cheques only.
