It’s so nice to watch clients families grow. I met these guys at an outdoor mini-session last year and now they’re back with baby number 2… who is a complete doll by the way. She had so many expressions and sweet little smiles for me.

This time of year is so lovely for family photos. I just love the colors and gorgeous haze you get with taking photos when the sun is low in the fall. It doesn’t hurt when your clients are adorable… look at these 2 little girls! Sweet as can be

A few weeks ago I met Finn and his mom and dad at this cute little park in Edmonton. It was a crazy hot day for me being 8 months pregnant, but it was worth it for these shots of Finn. Seriously, how cute is he!? And I loved the graffiti wall on one of the sheds… it was perfect for this funky family!

The very popular family mini-sessions are coming

I’m so excited to start shooting outside and wanted to announce my family mini-sessions early this year so I can add some more dates if I need to. As many of you know, I’m expecting baby number 3 so I will not be shooting past the middle of July. I’m already about half booked for June and July, so if you want to get a family session, or a mini-session in please contact me as soon as possible.

Between Christmas and New Years I met up with this fun lovin’ family at Muttart Conservatory for a session of jokes and giggles. They did such a good job of being natural in front of the camera and just having fun with the session. It makes my job so easy when they’re like this! We did most of the session inside, but of course I couldn’t turn down that gorgeous golden light for a few outside as well. It was -15, so my fingers nearly fell off, but it was worth it. The outdoor ones are some of my favorites!

As you all know, 6 months is pretty much my favorite age to photograph. Today I was lucky enough to have these twin 6 month babes, so it’s no wonder I’m super excited to share a few of the shots from today’s session. All the girls in this family are just stunning, which makes it even more fun for me
