This summer, just before the kids were about to spill into these gorgeous hallways, I had the chance to take some photos of the newly constructed Ecole Champs school in Beaumont. These are not like the schools of my days, but have amazing natural light, double story fireplaces, and lots of open concept space for kids to work in groups. One of the things I love the most about them is the way the classrooms are changing. They have different areas for kids that need to learn in different ways. Some kids need to wiggle around on a wobble stool, some need quiet, some need to stand. Allowing our kids to learn in these different ways is such a wonderful way to allow them to grow into who they are meant to be, and learn at their own pace!
